I think I'm suffering from sleep deprevation

I've been staying up all night getting stuff together for chilifest and only getting a few hours of sleep each night. This morning I don't know what happened but I fell in the shower and tore off the shower curtain. Luckily I didn't hit my head. Right now Rockstars are my friend.

ye dude, i actually went to the ER one morning for 'heart palpitations'/irregular heartbeat because of a string of less sleep(about a week 1/2 or so) and chugging rockstars and redbulls and stress etc etc...)

you really need to take it easy, man...im serious. it was the weirdest feeling ever and i never want it to happen to me ever again! I thought i was having a heart attack. you need to get several days of good rest and eat right to get yourself back on track! it's messed up my semester and if nothing else....just really scared the sh** outta me

Same thing happened to me...induced a panic attack and I had the irregular heartbeat...freaked me out....I spoke to my sister in law (whose a doctor) and she said these things were not safe...

just remember when you are suffering from sleep deprevation, you don't think clearly consistently(reasoning suffers) and your reactions aren't as good...

Yeah I only made it till about 4 pm on Saturday and fell asleep on a couch at chilifest as seen here. Apparently this girl thought I looked comfortable.
