LOD On 3 Game Winning Streak!!!!!

In a battle of Aggies vs Aggies... LOD came out on top in a hotly contested battle of Wrecking Crews, 12th Men, & Good Old Fashioned Aggie Determination.

LOD went out to an early 26-0 lead at the half but had to weather a fearsome come back by Banff BAMFs (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=234) where they scored 2 TD's...

But in the end... Jamie O'Hara, & Iam Gravy were to much as 1-2 punch on the ground for Banff BAMFs (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=234) to handle....

O'Hara from the FB position had 7 carries for 74 yds & 2 TD's.... Gravy had 3 key catches for 12yds coupled with 4 rushes for 13 yds all in Key points of the game.

To add to this... I'd like to ask everyone to check their players... Looking at the Roster, everyone on Defense had their energey drop well below the norm in that last game & everone is now at 72% energy or lower, where normally everyone is in the 80's.....

Just something to keep in mind...

On Offense, the only one below 80% energy is Ed Libid our OT. The majority of everyone else on Offense has dropped between 83% & 89% Energy with the few exceptions being Jerrod McGee who's at 99%, Hippo Pete who's at 95%, & Kerry Franks who's at 92%.

Nigel had 4 catches 36.5, and 1 KR for 38 :gig:. Had more drops than ever at 3 (have had one max in other games). But now is level 3 and coming along nicely. I'm going to stay on him and make sure his training regimen and nutrition are up to par.

All the DE's suffered bad.... All 4 DE's combined for 1 Tackle... I am guessing they ran the ball up the middle the whole game, because the DT's had a better game.....

Yes... only thing is I don't know if it's the 2 Conference Leaders or the 2 teams playing for the League Championship....

True... I liked it... We will see how it goes for him next game, i expected him to be more of a blocker, but if he is going to be doing this all of the time then i guess i will have to build up his running skills as well... he will just have to be a power runner...

Yeah, that's what I have it set at.... With your FB's recent performance against a team that was on a 3 Game Winning Streak... I'll talk to my Assistant GM's & see what they have to say....

Those kinds of moves will be discussed in PM's so that others wont be able to prepare for us....;)

I don't think it was them running inside, because I only saw one DT that had any tackles to speak of. I suspect their OL was pretty good and it left it for the LBs to stop the running plays.

I was honestly impressed with our Run Defense.... The game before they had ran wild all over the other team & just flat out destroyed that team... Our LB's & the Depth at LB'ing has really helped...

But could you do me a favor of giving your CB an easy practice... His Energy is still low sitting at 72%. He's been giving us QUALITY minutes & has played good forcing the QB's to throw the other way... If he's tired before our next game, his minutes will drop & our CB's at lower Lvl's will have to step up....

Can you please rest your SS. His Energy is down to 65% & really needs a breather.... Even at a Relaxed Training Level his Energy after today will only go up to 80%, so if you could please give him 2 days Relaxed Training so he can jump up to 95% energy. :gig: A Wolf's SS does good, but he can't stay in the game 24/7 & we could really use your SS being as close to 100% as possible. :gig:

Yes.... Twice a day I check the roster & everyone's salary...

If a salary does not match the Level (trust me it gets obvious) I'll up it & send a new offer to the player....

Pum, as an FYI, my punter never gets tired, so I can train at intense every day. I've had it set that way for a while. It's costing nearly $800/day to do that. I know you don't want to give a punter an inflated salary, but just note that my recovery and relaxed days rules aren't quite the same for him.

Yes... Once ticket Sales & Concsessions really start going up... we will do that....

But right now our Ticket Sales aren't doing so hot...

Our Concessions are ok... but with only 8 Home Games & bringing in 90k each Home Game doesn't cover much when your Daily Team salary is close to 25K a day....

Our Ticket Sales for this up coming home game is only $12K... (not all that good considering we started off with Ticket Sales of $45k, $77k, & $50k)

And what was initially a bank roll of over 2 Mil is now down to 1.5 Mill & going south fast....

In a 3 game span we've spent 1/2 a Million...

But from what I have read, Winning turns things around so I am hoping that the more we win, the better we will do...

In the Off-Season I want to add more Sections to the Stadium even if it's 1 section.... But that costs $1 Millioin even..

And also I want to give players a raise... Hopefully Playoff Revenue will help. :gig:

The No trade thing is because I don't want some idiot Owner trying to poach my players.... Without talking to one of the GM's...

I've traded 2 players so far... and almost had 2 others stolen without even talking to me....

If a guy wants off the team... I'll work with him & ask him to wait until a replacement can be found...

And if an Owner has a HIGH interest in a player, then I want to make sure I get fair value for the player & this way no one blind sides the staff....

Also I normally ask the player if they want to be traded... I wont keep a player against his will...

But I'll remind them that we are winning & ask them if they want to be on a team that Wins or a team like the Redskins that just over pays their players but doesn't win....

Like I said... It's not concrete.... I'll trade a guy or if he's really unhappy I'll release him... But if you want for you guy to have a 2 year deal, I can do that....

I have that same kind of deal set up with our Leading WR right now.

To an extent... I'm no fool & if some clown decides he wants some outrageous price... I'll cut him... It's not real & I know about future upgrades to the game that will give players opportunities to spend more $$$$$, when that time comes I plan on giving the raises necessary... but until then, I'm not spending money we dont have to just for EGO's.

There are 2 RB's & 1 LB who really need to be replaced...

Those 2 positions are our biggest players on both sides of the ball & having guys in-active & letting their players just wilt away & not replenish their energy is very annoying & hurts the team more than anything....
