His owner went out & bought more Flex Points with real cash either with Pay Pal or his credit cards...

If you buy Flex Points you can boost players in the Flex Points menu area...

once you are there.. on the right there is a place where you can buy Flex Points... on the left there is an area where you can click on "BOOST" and select the player you want to use those Flex Points for.....

Agreed.... My thought process is this...

Develop your players.... They will level up on their own & it doesn't take much for it to happen....

But let them develop... Train them and work with them... I'll do my part to give everyone playing time... And we'll go from there...

It can't get out of hand, because you can only level up your players 3 times in a season that way and the flex points only cost $1 for 100 (or less if you buy more). But I understand the sentiment and won't jack mine anymore that way.

But I wont force anyone to spend their $$$$$ on it.... Nor would I encourage it.... It's up to everyone individually on whether or not they do it...

I wont do it... I have a few players on the team... And I wont be boosting them artificially at all... If they play, they play.... I have em on the team more for depth....

Personally... If I ran that game... I don't think I would have LVL's...

I would take that out & just let people update their attributes & what not & then let whoever the HC is start who he wants based on those attributes & what kind of system he wants to run....

In real life you don't see players walking around with a # over their head that says, This is my Level & I am that good

No.. that would be so cool. Per Pum, the game sim happens in a second or two. You get to see replays. I'm not sure how it works either but I think it is supposed to be self-expanatory after the sim takes place.

FB was the lead blocker & couldn't find anyone to block so he just ran the other way. And the HB was taught to follow his FB no matter what.
