Probably. Food poisoning is pretty serious and usually lasts at least a week. I hope he's better by the UCLA game.

Its one thing for someone like us to get over it & get back to work. Its a completely different thing to get back into basketball shape after an illness like that. He won't be at 100% on Sat. either but maybe he will at least be able to log some good minutes. We HAVE to have 4 big bodies down low because Love, Motta, & that crazy African guy are going to be very physical inside.

He's also a liability defensively right now (and on the offensive end). I think BYU's big men would have eaten him up. I expect him to play more against UCLA.

He looked out of place in the BYU game. We needed big strong bodies down low which is why Jones, Elonu and Davis got the majority of the minutes.
