Did anybody see it while he was on the bench? It was taped up and looked kind of bad...

It happened on the play where Beau went for the tap in behind Beasley. Apparently, his nose fouled Beasley's elbow...

Seriously though, Mulbach has lit a fire under this team and he seems to do just enough to get us out of our funks. I know the announcers compared him to Chris Walker, but I'm starting to agree.

I cringe when they compare him to Walker... Beau's not an intramural walk-on and has a ton more basketball smarts and talent. He's not just the token white guy on the team who has a lot of "hustle". Beau, Davis, and Kirk have really shined in the tourney. Keep it up boys and beat the hell outta KU! :gig:

I cringe, but probably for a different reason. Chris Walker was the most fun player to watch in Aggie Basketball and he started every conference game in both seasons he played. I like Beau, but he's not as good as Chris Walker.

Just think he and Beau get compared more because they're white than for their styles of play. Like the announcers don't know Beau transferred from Arizona, not the Rec center.

Walker was a better player but Beau is a solid player that does the little things to help his team win.

Agreed. I'm a fan of both, and I do agree with ekesqueky that their games are not really comparable (even though they are both small white guys who play forward and surprise everybody by playing well).
