If you were either the Cowboys or Falcons would you pull the trigger???
The trade rumor is the Cowboys 22nd pick, Anthony Henry and Akin Ayodele for Hall and both of their 2nd rounders.
Personally.... I would in a heart beat.....
Newman & Hall at the CB spot, with Hamlin & Watkins at the 2 Safety spots with Roy moving to a 2nd LB in Knickel packages, with a 3rd CB on the field also.....
Sounds good to me.

D'angelo Hall & TO in the same lockerroom? wow...
Now THAT is a lot of ego...

I thought the Cowboys were going to try really hard to trade up for McFadden? If they make this deal, they have less bargaining chips.

I don't think the Cowboys should go after McFadden. Why go after an uproven draft pick when you already have a pretty good damn running back. The cowboys can win a championship with Barber (if actually used correctly). Go after the positions that are needed, not keep the holes that are there to get a player where the team is already really good at.

Too bad Jones thinks he's smarter than everyone in the organization. He's loves his razorbacks and he'll push to get McFadden.

Kind of a MOO point since the cowboys won't seal the deal anyway......
Guess it is up to the Texans.

McFadden would be a huge upgrade over Barber, IMO. An elite running game would seriously help the Cowboys' chances.
As a Texans fan, though, I don't care. I'm hoping we (Texans) can get Kenny Phillips (best safety in the draft) with our pick.

McFadden is an upgrade sure, but Barber is a probowl caliber running back. I just don't see the point.

I gotta agree with KC..... I'd rather bring in Stewart from Oregon or the other Arkansas RB Felix Jones to compliment & work with Barber...
Both obviously have break away speed... Not 4.3 speed like McFadden, but both are playmakers & both are excellent WR's out of the back field as well....

I think Marion Barber is gonna be a free agent and it'll work out to be better for Dallas to release him and draft a new back. I guess we'll see what we see.. *shrugs*

What if someones goes after barber or canty we would get another first rounder. I hope jerry doesn't go after macfadden and his dead legs.
