Rockets make 2 trades

We traded Bonzi Wells and Mike James in a three-team deal that sends Bobby Jackson to Houston.

Also, we traded Kurt Snyder to Minnesota for Gerald Green.

I didn't like the Jackson trade until I found out that we got Green. Now I like the deals.

I'm indifferent about Green coming back home....Jackson I think is a good deal because he played under Adleman in Sac.

In all honesty in a couple of years I could see Green not in the league or not gettting any playing time once his learning curve is over....he is a guy that should have gone to college....but you can't deny his athletic ability

I like the Green deal.
Maybe Haluska can take Novaks place.
I'd rather have bobby jackson than bonzi. Bonzi just never seem to fit.
So does Mike James come back a third time?

Green was averaging 10 points per game in Boston last year, and he's only 21 years old, so there's still room to get better. He'll take Bonzi's spot. On top of being a lot older, Bonzi's contract expires after this season anyway.

Bobby Jackson is obviously an upgrade at PG over Mike James.

I think we just upgraded our bench, which could really help when the playoffs start.
