I just got done reading an article on the dangers of heavy drinking. To be honest, it scared the sh*t outta me. That's it. Beginning today, no more reading!

Sounds like reading is what is bad for your health. Otherwise you would still have a positive outlook on heavy drinking and a positive attitude is said to be very healthy.
