How Cold is it???

Where you are??? It was snowing here in Bama.... I'll post a pick later.... I know most of ya'll have seen snow or lived in it, but I haven't...

I've only really seen snow once before in Jordan while I was deployed & that was a nasty looking snow mixed with desert sand....

This is pretty cool for me...

How cold is it where ya'll are & how many times have you been in snow???

Well just got back from boarding in Colorado about a week ago...... On top of the mountain (Winter Park) with the wind chill it was twenty below. That was pretty cold. Ridiculously fun as usual but cold.

It is about 5 degrees in KC right now. Yesterday morning got down to like 10 below with wind chill. Freaking sucks. I want to move back to Texas.

This was my Truck this morning when I woke up.... It was completely covered by the end of the day.... But the batteries in my camera ran out...

I tell you something though.... Isn't this supposed to be the South????

Actually it was warmer then I thought. I have really good gear and it's amazing how well the Nike Cold Weather stuff works. Now I don't feel so bad for dropping so much cash to run a few days a year in below freezing temps. The regular temp when I started was 31 with a good wind so I'm sure the wind chill was around 25 or 26. I could have easilly run with a drop of about ten more degrees without any discomfort.

Now, I'm done and I can sit on my butt at work and watch football all day. :gig:
