Texas A&M University again has been ranked 25th in the annual 100 Best Values in Public Colleges listing compiled by Kiplinger's Personal Finance.
The 100 universities are selected from a pool of more than 500 four-year, public colleges and universities. They were ranked according to academic quality, cost and financial aid, magazine representatives said, explaining that the schools on the list exemplified excellent academics while keeping both their in-state and out-of-state costs to a minimum.
