The points seem pretty well distributed. Jordan leads the team with 8 points, but 9 players have scored.

Why did Davis start ahead of him? I'm only looking at Livestats, I haven't been watching All-Access.

If it's anything like our exhibition games the last 3 years, <3,000.

There were over 8000 there last night. That has to be some kind of opening game record.
The score looks bad, but I'm not that worried. Its the first game with a new coach and scheme. Plus, just about everyone played last night. We came out playing big (what will be necessary in conference play and in the NCAA tourney) against a team that had no player bigger than 6'7". We have our big men chasing guards around all day. It was a big mismatch in a sense that we pretty easily overcame.
I love that Turge is going to run the motion offense. I didn't realize that until this morning. Hope we'll be able to beat Tech this year b/c we'll have practiced against it every day.

I am glad to see the motion offense. A&M is definitely getting more athletic (and deeper), and I think that this kind of offense will take advantage of that athleticism.
