This looks interesting....... All American Football league. It has some interesting rules I like like every player must have a college degree and have used all their years of eligibility in college.

No wonder Eric Crouch liked to run the option at Nebraska. He throws like a girl.

Yeah.....
But seriously it looks like they are addressing issues that screwed the USFL and XFL and distancing themselves from the NFL and trying to do their own thing. After studying the website I'm genuinely interested. Plus the whole "need a college degree and players have to fulfill their college eligibility" means they promise not to leech from current college teams which I like.
They are playing at college stadiums and tickets are 13 bucks. I hope they play at Texas State. (Although it looks like they are playing in Rice's Stadium)

Yeah, I remember reading about this last year and thinking that it had potential. I think that Mark Cuban was even looking into owning a team at one point.
The worst part about it is that it looks like the team's colors are from the "state" university. So, the Texas team's colors are burnt orange!

Maybe Fran can coach the Texas team next year. He can get Crouch to play for him and run the option all day long. However, I'm sure Fran would take Crouch and install a Texas Tech style offense and make him try to pass! :)

Lots of Michigan and Florida players have already signed on.
I didn't know that Chris Leak already bombed in the NFL.

Looks like former sip fatboy QB, Chance Mock tried out for the Texas team. That kid needs to let it go. If you're not good enough to be a backup for the Austin Wranglers, then I doubt you're gonna make it anywhere else.

Go to employment opportunities -- you can apply for anything (including a coach!) - maybe I'll throw my hat in the ring and see what happens. :)

Apply for a coaching job but put your name as Coach Fran and see what happens!
