Can they win another game?
- @ Kansas State
- Texas Tech
- @ Oklahoma
- Oklahoma State
Something tells me this is team Tech blows it to this season.

I don't think they will win another game this season. In my opinion they have put too much into the tu moral victory and this week will be a huge let down. I anticipate them losing out and their coach not returning.

It's all over for baylor.

YAHHH... I predicted them to go winless!!!
I was mistaken... I did have them going 4-8 with 1 Big XII win... shame on me...

pretty sad for baylor...i bet they would get an immediate boost in confidence if they were to switch to the WAC.

I don't think they'll even make a single game close. I predict at least 17 point losses in all of their remaining games.

I did predict the big 0-fer in my preseason posting. Some people didn't like it -- but maybe now they'll realize Vly really does know a bit about football. ;)

They'll go oh-fer in the conference. Kind of puts our problems in perspective just a little bit.
They "could" beat KS, but I don't think they will, especially on the road. The other three may be 40+ point blowouts.
BTW we have Anne Richards (RIP) to thank for Baylor being in the Big XII. If it weren't for her they'd be in a non-BSC conference like the WAC or C-USA or something.

Baylor was better than TCU when the big 12 started, and don't forget about all the other sports that Baylor dominates in. Its not just about football and basketball.

I'm not arguing TCU should have been brought over instead, just saying it was purely political.
Yes, Basketball is probably the main argument that they have for staying in the B12. But look at the horendous scandal that their BB program is trying to recover from.:wow:

We should've left both baylor and tech of out of the "big 12"

Baylor, historically, has about a 60% chance of losing all their conference games. It's not really going out on a limb too much to say that they won't win any upsets.

I think your right about Baylor but tceh has held it's own in the Big 12. tceh has been consistantly good but never great. Baylor has been rough every year. It's easy to say they should leave the Big 12 and join CUSA, WAC, etc but the fact of the matter is it's big money in a BCS conference and they wouldn't want to give that up.
Here's the reason I think Baylor stays in the Big 12: Who was Miami before 1983 and Howard Schnellenberger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howard_Schnellenberger)? They were a small private school that hadn't done much. Now they are the best college football team of the past 25 years. NFL U. yada yada yada. All it takes is the right coach and Baylor could be next. It's a long shot but it's not impossible.

TTU and Baylor were a package deal. Originally, it was just going to be A&M and Texas who joined the Big 8. Then, the Texas legislature (large group of TTU grads) and Governor Ann Richardson (Baylor grad) threatened against the PUF that we receive if we didn't let them in as well.
