Not sure if all of you heard about this or not, but Lebron showed up to the Indians/Yankess game in Cleveland wearing a Yankess hat. He is getting blasted by a lot of the media for doing that even though he has been a life long Yankees fan and is good friends with Jeter.

What are you thoughts on this? On the one hand, Yankees fan or not, he should have known better. On the other hand, why should a guy not be allowed to wear a hat of his favorite team?

I also found it funny that his favorite sports teams are the Yankees, the Bulls, and the Cowboys. Talk about a bangwagon fan. Surprised he didn't throw the Lakers in there too!

Brady caught the same crap for wearing a Yankees hat a while back. Its BS, but I can understand both sides.

He should have been smarter than that. Most of his money comes from marketing.

Only difference in the Brady deal was that he was in New York, walking down the street in a Yankees hat. He didn't show up at Fenway wearing one.

I think he has the right to cheer for any team he wants to and should be able to wear their teams gear if wanted. He shouldn't have to root for the Browns or Indians just because he happens to live and play in cleveland.

I completely agree. Let him be a fan of whatever team he wants. That is like saying I should cheer for baylor because I live close to waco. Regardless the fact that I graduated from A&M.
