According to financial records turned by the booster (sports marketing firm):
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=3056397
If Bush is found to have received improper benefits, USC could be forced to forfeit games. The school could face other sanctions if it's proven that coaches knew or should have known about the alleged benefits.
Also, if Bush is found to have broken NCAA rules during his Heisman-winning season, the award could be revoked.
Who bets that NEITHER will happen...

I see why they would take the award away....because someone who accepts money doesn't deserve it
BUT, at the same time, its not like he was using performance enhancers. I mean he earned the heisman either way

The agent is playing dirty anyways because Reggie didn't sign with him.

I can't believe this is not a bigger story than it is. ESPN still has the Fran story on its main page, but nothing about Bush getting lots of money.

Well, most people assumed it was going on anyways. If USC doesn't investigate in the next few days, then there might be more of an issue with ESPN, but teams are normally given a bit of a grace period for the investigation. (The time between the VIP letters getting exposed and then the actual news hitting yesterday for example) At least, that's always been my understanding
If USC's wins are voided it could retroactively make OU the national champion.

FINALLY...Bush responds

On another note...what the hell is he doing at the Sundance film festival???
"It's cowardice," Bush told ESPN.com's Sam Alipour at the Sundance Film Festival. "You take their shots in the media, but they won't show up in court. …
