38 all.

Fun game. Turn it to ESPN. Go Navy!

Hope the Tech game isn't like this though. Just point after point from both teams.

Not a good game, just bad defenses and blatant homerism from May. I'm just watching because I like seeing a service academy giving a BCS school a hard time. Besides, there's nothing else on.

Yeah, the Mays/Holtz duo is hard to listen to. How Lou Holtz competently let Notre Dame to a MNC gives hope to us all.

Pitt's coach is an absolute moron - I don't even think fran would have thrown 2x in a row from the 2

Fran would have. And Jorvorskie would have been standing on the sidelines too.

if there was 20 seconds left in the half and no timeouts, sho nuff. not sure the situation in this game though.

How soon some forget the OU game from last year.

Completely agree! I was watching the game and could not believe the play calling from the 2 yard line. On 4th down he throws a fade pass? There has to be 20 plays in the book with a higher success percentage than that play. Deserved to lose based on pure stupidity.

The only thing I don't understand is why would he do that in OT??? Say what ya want about Fran... but Fran at least gave Lane the ball in OT.... Come to think of it... in most OT's Fran has almost always ran the ball...

Pitt threw on 3rd & 2 & 4th & 2 in OT... The clock is not an issue... so why he went for the win on 4th down I have no idea..... once 3rd & 2 failed... I would have kicked the FG to force another OT.....

If anything... you would expect Navy to resort to that, because you would think that Pitt had more depth...

Going for the win, down by 3 on 4th & 2 against Navy in OT... it just doesn't add up.....

Should of kicked the FG and played all over again.

Especially at home. I'm surprised that Navy didn't accept the penalty and back Pitt up on 3rd down. I think even on 4th, Pitt could've run the ball in from the 2.

Amazing how quickly a coaching decision can go from stupid to stupendous. Navy could have looked like the idiot and Pitt the hero had they scored on 4th down after Navy declined the penalty.

Yeah, it worked, so it's good. And the opposite for Pitt. Their WR did have half a foot on that DB, so who knows how many times out of 10 that play woulda worked. Good coverage, though.
