heard this in the press conference about the kid who almost got his arm knocked smooth off trying to hand the Train some H2O. ;) JTrain said more was made out of the situation than was really there. good to hear.

Too much was made of Lane's water-bottle actions.
He was frustrated, because he wasn't carrying the ball and his team was getting kicked in the teeth. It was a football game, not a chess match, and sideline flareups are part of the game.
"I was in battle. I was in war," Lane said. "I wasn't thinking about any water. I apologized to him on Sunday, and we'll go from there."

With the Vick news today & then seeing the Water Bottle title in the thread, I thought Lane was going to be in airport security type trouble. :cool:
