I have one pre-ordered and I'm planning on picking it up at midnight. Any other Halo nerds out there pulling the all-nighter?

if you got it at gamestop you need to go up there now to get a number i was just at the one here in Beaumont (was told all gamestops are doing this) and they are passing out numbers. I got 4 so around 1220 i should be on.

Nope. Although, I did plant a seed in the Texags Nerdery earlier tonight. about the game being delayed until the 27th. That should bump you a few spaces in line. I'm picking up mine on Wednesday.

my copy is coming from liongames. it shipped sat but probably wont be here until tomorrow but saving 20 bucks is worth it (also got mass effect for 20 bucks off)

btw one interesting tidbit i came across earlier.... you know that model they built for the "believe" commercials? that sucker is 30x40x8 ft. Total size is 1200 sq ft. And its supposedly going to make a museum tour.

my wife wins wife of the year!

girls night out...they went out to eat, to watch a 9:30 movie, & after that...she's going to Wal-Mart to pick one up for me at midnight...I'm betting on no crazy lines...we'll see.

I took tomorrow off (I HAD to take a day off before Oct 3 because I worked on Labor Day)...so when my daughter isn't napping & when we're not at the park...I'll be checking it out! :gig:

yeah i suspect there will be lines everywhere... ms announced figures today and preorders in the US alone topped out at 1.7 million. Highest preorder total for a game ever.
