I'm not sure we will be ranked going into ttu, first of all let's win the game before we started making assumptions, because you know what they say when you ass u me!:laugh:

Here is my reasoning, bu is a dangerous game, lose and armageddon happens in college station, win and it is no big deal, the "ah, it's baylor" attitude prevails, so no votes will swing on this game. osu, first win it, but let's say we win but struggle, no votes either or maybe a few swing, lose and well, err... no need to even discuss this. So it is a far stretch to say we will be ranked come ttu. I've stopped caring about rankings, what I care most about is respectability, a good showing, and some small shred of a sign of improvement. Again, just another of MdAg's unimportant post, so take it with a grain of salt, my prediction, if I had to make one, no ranking going to Lubbock.

I would be happy to see a QB sack and a deep pass to Kerry Franks or Pierre Brown...alias wr's alias one of the top kick off return pairs in the nation...I know they're fast, but its more clever to run curls to them all the time and stop routes.

How many of you would take me up on this bet. I bet $50 that Michigan will win a football BCS bowl game or a football championship before the Aggies do with Fran as our coach. Our bet must be confirmed before the next Aggie football game.

We don't need mods or pay pal.... I have no reason to doubt you being good for it Pum. You are in the military right? Mark it down as a good bet. When the result is in, we can just mail direct if that works for you. It may take more than one year to determine the victor, although, I think we could probably reason that if Fran is ever cut loose before meeting the criteria of the bet, then I win by virtue that the Fran winning portion is no longer possible. (If you wish to back out after considering that, then please say so....otherwise, at least Pum is willing to back up what he thinks!)

As a gentlemen, I give you until the beginning of the next Aggie football game to reconsider. At least now there is some money involved!

Wow! when was this bet made? after what game or was it before the season started? If this bet was made after watching the Aggies play, then Pum is one gambling man! The type of person that can be down 10K and still be laying down 1K per roll of the dice!:wow: Was this just blind faith on Pum part, or some reasonable thought process that might land the Aggies in a BCS bowl?

Yeah, but Michigan was 1-2 at the time and not playing well. Remember him losing still hinges on Michigan winning a BCS bowl, something they haven't done in 4 straight Rose Bowl trips.
