Didn't have the grades to come back/make it in

freshman running back Henry Melton of Grapevine, sophomore offensive lineman Kyle Thornton of St. Mark's and junior defensive end Mike Williams

Melton is the biggest one there

Ok, Melton may be the biggest name, but honestly, the guy was way way overated. I've watched him play since he was a freshman in high school. I went to Colleyville Heritage which is the other school in grapevines school district. He was a big running back, but he tried to run like a finesse runner. Not to mention he basically quit on his team this past year. I was just glad when we didn't sign him.

What's scary is that Vince Young is eligible. If these guys aren't as smart as him, then I really feel sorry for them.

True, no matter how much anybody wants to believe in their school's academic integrity, there is no doubt that all the good programs give the best players some help.
