Do we use this on our sidelines?

With the humidity and hot temperature today do any of you know if we use this technology (http://www.avacore.com/default.html). I heard about this on the radio this past week. I was curious if we used this device that lowers core body temperature. Apparently the blood vessels in our palms are great for heat transfer.

I was just thinking as humid as it's supposed to be why are we pumping water on all the players?

We use water for multiple reasons, As long as it isn't 100% RH (It wasn't today) spraying water in the air cools the air. Also spraying cool water on the players will cool them regardless of the outside temp RH.
