Holy ****! Jessica Simpson is beyond anything you could have ever imagined. Good Lord, thank you for Jessica Simpson! Anyways, the movie was actually pretty good i thought. I would definately say go see it, well just to see her for one, but other than that, i say it was definately a good movie. So GO SEE IT, and you will understand.

That is what I'm thinking.... 90% of the critics are saying it sucks but how is that possible? Seriously, you can take Daisy and the General, just have them drive around a tree for an hour and a half and it would still be better then half the movies out there.

Very True Statement. Plus the critics are mostly Yankees. No offense if there are any Yankees on this board, but you guys just don't understand the whole Dukes of Hazzard thing. Honestly though even the critics for some of our Texas news stations are Yankees who moved down here. But man, i'm just gonna give Nick La.....whatever his last name is, madd props b/c he gets to go to bed with her every night of the week. What a lucky lucky man.

I've heard the exact opposite, that it's nothing like the show so that's why it got the bad ratings, if it were named something else it would be a little higher. They set expectations for one thing and made something else. But, i haven't watched it and most likely won't so i have no idea

read that article and didn't get that impression, basically they couldn't capture what made DodH great. DogH was funny, this wasn't.

Judging by her recent conversation on TV with Dean Richards, Simpson is so remarkably uninformed that she should sue the public schools of Abilene, Texas, or maybe they should sue her. On the day he won his seventh Tour de France, not many people could say, as she did, that they had no idea who Lance Armstrong was.

Of course you don't have to be smart to get into "The Dukes of Hazzard." But people like Willie Nelson and Burt Reynolds should have been smart enough to stay out of it.

I hate Roger Ebert. I can't remember that guy either writing or speaking something that I have agreed with. How are you going to critique a movie based on a television series & never see an episode (just one) of the t.v. series?

Actually i agree with almost everything Ebert says, he's dead on and recognizes movies for the art that it is.

Great movie!!! Really enjoyed it!!! I especially liked the part where they are speeding throug campus and the "campus security" pulls them over!! Could not stop laughing. And of Course:
