i reflect the pain, suffering and agony in my music when i workout
in my experience its fine and dandy if you get excited or "crunk" but its even better if you get really pissed off
so if i was you and im assuming you dont like "screaming" metal
i would go with metallica, ac/dc, maybe some pantera just depends on how much you can handle;)

I've always been partial to listening to polka. Why polka? Because it PISSES me off. nothing worse in the world than a damned accordion being played incessantly by some smiling a-hole. I can bend steel and defy hernias while listening to polka music.
