Flag Football Practice #1

For those insterested in playing Flag Football or not interested in playing but would like to come out to play a pick up game, come out to Anderson Park on Aug, 11 @ 3pm.

It is likely it will last around 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

Just a suggestion.... I wouldn't make your playbook TOO detailed...

6 to 10 plays tops.... Alot of short routes & make sure your QB can move & I mean move & by time!!!!!!

Anything more than 6 to 10 Offensive plays & your asking for trouble... JMO... unless of course ya'll play together as a unit again next year & the year after & the year after & so on....

I think it should be more of a get to know each other/plan some things/work on a few plays to get an idea of what we are doing going forward.

I have myself, and 1 def friend, with 3 maybe and their maybe friends....

Plus I think the 3 or 4 that said they could make it.

i just went to academy and bought some for $20. I have a bad left foot (basketball injury from about 3 weeks ago) so I'm hoping having the right footwear will keep me from re-aggravating it today.

So.... after this practice I felt that I needed to excersice some more... so woke up at the crack of dawn... and I mean 5am... and ran 2 miles.... I have a long way to go...

You could come run with my Squadron... we do a 3 mile run with some pretty good size hills along the way & then do some cals afterwards..... We start at 0700....
