Seriously, how is t.u. ranked the 3rd best program over the last 10 years by ESPN? Sure, they definitely deserve to be top 10, but they are the only top 10 program with only 1 conference championship. No way they should be ahead of OU, Michigan, Florida, or FSU.

Maybe because their the winningest program over the past 10 years. and they beat both number 1 and 2 on that list just two years ago.

So you are saying even though its a list covering the last 10 years, it is more of a what have you done for me lately list? I don't give a damn who they beat over the last couple of years. This list is for the last decade. No way a team with one national championship and only one conference championship should be ahead of teams with one national championship and 4-7 conference championships.

the real question you should be asking is why in the Hell Notre Dame is even considered in the top 25
0 for 7 in their bowl games over the past 10 years not a hint of a national championship, and a .615 on thier win %.

I have to agree with 85. Regardless of how much we don't want them to be on the list, they have earned their spot. However, as a financial planner, I will tell you that previous performance is no guarantee of future success.

You'll get no arguement from me that you guys have been one of the best in the country over the last decade. I just can't put you that high. I think #7 would be more realistic.

I don't care what the overall winning % is b/c with only one conference championship, its obvious that they weren't doing what needed to be done to win championships.

How did t.u. go 6-4 in bowls the last 10 years? They didn't even play in one in the '97 season, unless they're counting the Fiesta bowl appearance in January '97 after the '96 season.
