Lonesome Dove aside it's the best series ever on TV. Discuss.

BoB is awesome, whenever they're showing it on history i have to stop and watch.

Band of Brothers is the best thing I've ever seen on TV. I'm a huge Ambrose fan anyway, but this is a great series.

Lonesome Dove is a very close second to me and the book is in my top 10.

I have watched BoB several times and am captivated each time. I am a big WWII buff and think they did a great job telling this story. What these men accomplished is simply amazing.
