i am not tired at all and its almost 4.

Cut caffeine intake to around 4:00 p.m. daily. Exercise, Exercise, etc.
Try reading one of your textbooks around 10:00 p.m.
Also, have a moderate high carb / protein mix snack 30:00 minutes before you attempt to sleep. for example, ham and cheese sandwich, Turkey is loaded with protein. Actually you want anything high in Trytophan.

My problem is that I sleep till noon so its not like I'm only getting 5 hours of sleep.

well, i went to sleep at 2am and got up at 3:00pm and i didn't sleep worth a crap. i'm still tired. i think i need a $3,000 mattress.
