It's fake. Her feet would not have gone through the net cleanly.

It is more likely they did some film editing by inserting a few frames of her holding herself half way through the goal.

18" inch diameter rim with a net to catch a foot or a finger. The more I look at it and the more I think about it. No one is that stupid.
