Never heard of it but the Fresno State game will be on TV for those who won't be at the game.

Big 12 football spreading to VERSUS

The Big 12 Conference and Fox Sports Net have announced an agreement to sublicense additional football games to VERSUS (Ch. 59).
Under the terms of this new agreement, VERSUS will telecast five Big 12 games in 2007.

To date, 12 of the 16 Big 12 road nonconference games will be carried by ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, FSN or CSTV. The remaining road games are subject to the local telecast package of the home team.

Texas A&M's home game against Fresno State on Sept. 8 will air on FSN at 2:30 p.m. The Aggies' game at Miami on Sept. 20 will air on ESPN at 6:45 p.m.

I just hope our game isn't on versus. Ideally, it's good because a game that wouldn't normally be aired is being shown on TV. Unfortunately, it's just on an obscure channel that not everybody has access too.

However, if A&M vs Kansas wasn't going to be aired except on the versus channel, I'd take it.
