Membership payment question

last night i tried to buy a membership and it won't accept my card
it's one of those amex gift cards but i've used them before online does anyone know why it won't work or what i can do?

or who on here i need to talk to about it

I'd be the one you talk to...but in terms of membership, we only accept paypal. Did you try setting up the credit card in a paypal account and then sending money from there?

I can try sending you a bill through Paypal and see if it'll let you pay that way. If it does, I can manually activate your subscription. Want to try that? Let me know how much you're looking to do and I can try it. Also let me know your e-mail address for PayPal.
