i think this has been on here before, but I don't know for sure if this is the real jersey that we will be wearing, or if this is just something for Adidas to get a little money before they design the real ones

I have no preference..... Honestly with the way the players wear them now with the sleeves roled up under their shoulder pads.... You can't see em anyways....

No stripes period on anything. Nike is better just to bad they wouldn't pony up the money like Adidas did. I have a real Nike Stephen McGee jersey framed in my house, so I don't really think I need to buy one because I might be able to get a new Aiddas one real soon from #7 himself.

I almost bought it, until I realized that this is not the official jersey...yall think that they are gonna offer a #7 jersey when the official gear comes out

That would really be something SPECIAL for my little one, after all #7 played a big role on how my wife and I decided on his name...We drove to the hospital right after the game ended :flag:

I am sorry guys, and I kow that I am newbie to the board, but I think those jersey's SUCK. They look horrible. The maroon on the white jersey looks OU red (as discussed in other forums). They suck! They look like my son's footbal jersey at College Station Middle School.

I know there's the "can't have a name on the back of a jersey" that is sold rule...to prevent schools from marketing an athlete (as if they don't do so already)...

I don't know, someone more knowledgeable should answer this question...

I would think that he would have only broken an NCAA rule had he sold the jersey to you. That is an assumption only on my part.

I don't THINK it should be against the rules & would LOVE to have a real SM jersey, but what I think isn't always what's right...

He gave it to me and he wore it in a game and it has McGee on the back and it's signed on the front shoulder area To Troy a great friend God Bless Steve. I had it framed in glass and put in in TV room to add to the shrine on the wall of all things McGee:gig:

The collars need to be different colors! I knew there was something I didn't like, but couldn't put a finger on it, so I went & looked at my white Nike jersey. The collar is maroon. I think it looks a lot better!
