Castration for sex offenders?

It'll never pass. Can you say "cruel and unusual punishment" No matter how sick the crime, that will never be a consequence.

I don't think it will ever be done, but I think it should be done. Preferably with a dull blade.

I don't think it will ever pass. Maybe a couple hundred years ago. I think the people who sexual assault and kill small children are the sickest human beings in the world.

It not neccessarily true, judges have order women to be fixed after they put like 15 kids on welfare (and gave birth to all15).

I would support this punishment. Some states already do a form of "chemical castration" which only works when the cons actually take the medicine.

if there is no doubt that they are guilty, then i would definately support that. there's no way liberals will let them get away with it though. the aclu will be all over all alabama within a matter of minutes.

Just give them the needle, so that the mess to clean up is minimal. I understand the desire to use a couple of hollowpoints, but someone has to clean up the mess. Not to mention the stink that comes from the remains of human body parts.
