That is Atlanta. If they don't win one of the top 3 picks in the lottery, their pick goes to Phoenix to honor a previous trade.

i think it is the Hawks...their pick is protected if they draw in the top 3 ...if they don't it goes to the suns to complete the Joe Johnson deal
