The Rockets should never have gotten rid of Van Gundy. Adelman will not have that much of an effect on the draft since they have a new GM (Daryl Morey )that is taking over. Morey is a stats guy that has the "Money Ball" philosophy. Looks like we could be in for a long couple of seasons.

Van Gundy was a huge underachiever for Houston. No coach with two superstars on their team should not be able to get past the first round of the playoffs. Good riddance.

Van Gundy is a good coach and I like his style, but it just didn't work with Houston. He wasn't a good fit in Houston.

Van Gundy was & has always been a horrible coach! His Ron Jeremey look-a-like of a brother is a better coach than Balkey is!
