What sucks..... Is today at lunch I took out a huge rib-eye to marinate but after my monster bike ride today putting this thing together is the last thing I want to do. So George is cranking up right now one last time.

I still use a Foreman grill. Mine is too small for steaks, though. I usually use it to make fajitas.
