Aggies nominated for National Awards

Kyle Nicholson was named one of the 10 finalists for the Roger Clemens award giving each year to the best pitcher in baseball.

Blake Stouffer was named one of the 16 finalists for the Dick Howser trophy, given each year to the top player in College baseball.

Nice job guys.

Here is a cool article about Stouffer and his dad. Lots of people don't realize that his dad was a stud baseball player at t.u. in the 70's. Blake told his dad that he wanted to go to A&M instead and his dad was cool with it. Now, his dad goes to all the games decked out in Aggie gear.

stouffer did an interview on the radio and I was really impressed. Stouffer is on pace to win the big 12 RBI title and Feltner and Hicks will finish 1-2 in stolen bases.
