He was a sip who felt compelled to give a fairwell speach on an Aggie Site as to why he would no longer post...

God forbid you say 1 thing positive about A&M or 1 thing negative about tu.....

I glad we went with "aggiefans.com" as the site name. Some of those others are pretty bad in retrospect.

That's originally why I voted against "AggieFans.com." I wanted something original. In hindsight, AggieFans was the better choice.

jagowar

yeah almost all of those choices now look quite bad.... aggiefans really is compact (compared to the others). and on the internet compact is easier to remember.

I remember going to TexAgs to try to talk about the Bobcats/Aggie game and getting slammed for even trying to talk football. Came over here and you guys did nothing but welcome me and some other Bobcat faithful with open arms and wanted to talk football with us. I know some of you expected a 50 point win but things turned out a little different, huh? J/K. Guess I just felt the need to stick around for some reason.

I remember stumbling across a thread on TexAgs that lasted for only a very short time that linked up to ProBoards or something like that. I signed up that day.

That evolved to Aggiefans.com
