Arcade Changes

Just wanted to let you guys know I deleted the arcade tonight because we're switching to a new version. The new version has over 800 games to choose from (including the old ones we had). The only thing we lose are the high scores...but that's okay ('cause I didn't have any).

I'm going to try to get it all installed by 12:00 pm tomorrow...but we'll see how that goes. Given this announcement, if you click arcade on the front page, it won't work -- so don't try. :D

You have to click on their name (like in the high scores area) and then it'll show you their profile. Under the name in the profile it says challenge :gig:

so vly... you set on this one vs the other? and yeah 800 games for $1.99 im sure vly will take donations ;)) will be nice. It does seem to integrate better into vbulletin but how was the install as far as modifying files? did you have to modify as many?

installing games was easy...setting it up -- had to modify a lot of files -- not too bad

btw when you get the vaunted 1.99 i wouldnt install more than 200 games at a time.... your liable to bring down the server if enough people get on them.

I had the #1 score for Ultimate Football, Curveball, Mario Tetris and Hexxagon, all of which are gone now(However the newer version of tetris is better).

I also had the #2 score for Frogger, which is also gone.

I set this one up so scores are deleted after 28 days...that way the top score always changes....
