It is serious. I received my first batch of mail the other day. It wasn't much because I'm new to gmail. It just came in a yellow folder.

sounds pretty stupid imo.... there is a reason we moved away from paper in the first place. i rarely print anything in gmail and when i do its simple enough to send to the inkjet.

the only use i see for this is somebody who doesnt have a printer but then you have to wait a few days to get the printout.
