Kevin Durant wears down in the 2nd round. The long schedule and all the mins hes clocked this year make him have a terrible game.
I might believe that if they were in the next round playing USC but they are going to blow the doors off New Mexico State.
Besides Texas has to make it to the Great 8 in my bracket.

They had a story on him yesterday here in Austin. How alot of times he "floats" in games for many mins not scoring or doing anything. Hes been SUPER tired due to the schedule, his diet and mins played.
He'll fall flat sooneror later at this stage of the game
So long as he falls flat after the Elite 8. That way my bracket will hold up.

I heard part of his press conference after the game and he said "he wished he would have played harder during the games this season and in the tourney." WTF does that mean? Unless I misunderstood him, I'd be super pissed if I was a sip fan. I know he we scoring all their points, but he is now admitting that he was not playing 100%?

yea i saw that interview- dont think he meant he was givin it his all, more like he wished he coulda done more.

Tired!!!??? WTF, he better get it together if he's gonna go pro. cuz they play a lot more, and they are super physical. I don't think he's gonna be that great of a pro.

Exactly. Now DJ Augustine is a different story. That guy wore himself out.

I never really doubted that SC could beat them. tu has struggled with big guards all season. Same sh*t, different day!

t.u = no defense, rely far to much on two guys and ONLY two guys = short Tourny time.
Also to mention they have no bench
They should be a pretty good team for the next 3-4 years though

They will be a 2nd Round Tournament team or a NIT Finals team for the next 3-4 years.

I must make yet another prediction thread then if you feel this away
Once durant is gone you will see some talent step up on that team.
He was a man one show not allowing others to become good basketball players
you'll see. No one will be as good as Durant on that team. But they have some ballers....

At least 2/3 of Augustin, Abrahms & James will all be gone after next year. There is my prediction.
