Why won't it advance me? I won, and all I have to do to win the finals is get 1 point. It shows that both me and my semifinal opponent have completed the round, and I have a higher score, but I'm not able to play my match in the finals.

Any way y'all can go in and fix that?

nope, no way to fix it...this has happened many many times in the past. the person who you were playing against messed it up

well then maybe they could go back and fix the ones that i've been unable to complete because of this. every time i've complained they say that there's nothing i can do about it

Chances are that this was a different situation. There is a "make the winner advance" button on the brackets that we would've used before if it was that easy.
