Seriously..... I saw her this afternoon while I was walking out and she was trying to walk into my building because there is a "for rent" sign outside. But the lady who owns the building is out of town for a week so I let her look at my place since it's a carbon copy of the one that is vacant.

Very cool. While we were talking I decided she had to move in so I turned into the best salesperson ever. Phrases used:

"Yeah, the lady who owns this building is out of town but I can't wait until you meet her.... She is the nicest old lady you have ever met. Any problem I have she is on it before she even hangs up." Well that one is kinda true.

"Wait until you meet the other two neighbors. They are cool as hell" That was a bald-face lie. We are mortal enemies. At this point instead of not talking to them ever, I say, "Good morning" no matter what time of day or night it is since I have found that it gets on their nerves. One broke once and said, "It's the middle of the afternoon, idiot."

And lastly, I threw in a, "It's always a party over here." That's not true since everyone is so lame here but if she moves in we might be partying a little, yo.

Anyway, that was my excitement for the day.

Yep.... If my current job of not doing much of anything doesn't work out then I'm taking all this on the road with me.

Anyway, I don't know if she'll move in and even if she does I'm sure she is just one of those super hot pain in the ass type of girls. I'm sure she is a Trinity Student which is not good. I don't know if you know anything about Trinity Students but think SMU type chicks but with maybe even bigger attitudes.

I'm moving to Austin in a few weeks so it doesn't matter anyway. That...... will be very cool.

Actually I got out of that lease and moved into another place. I work with the guy who owns the building I live in now.

I don't think the other tennants that live here dig me too much. They are all young professionals and I think they think it's weird that I'm off so much (21 days a month) Plus I still do the "Good morning" thing because it's so much fun.

Once even asked me in this big cocky, too good for you voice, "Do you even have a job? What do you do?" And I was like, "Nah, not really."

And once I was really loud because I was playing my guitar (and I admit it was my fault because I wasen't aware that it was past midnight) but instead of telling me directly to be quiet, they call my friend (guy who owns building) and complain on me and he calls me and says I had a complaint. Jeez.

I wish he would kick all those people out and just have firefighters from SA (since I guess they are all moving up here to Austin. I'm a trendsetter, yo) but I don't think he would survive would reduced rates. I got the best unit and I only pay 600 bucks a month. The others pay between 1600 and 2k a month.
