those are some freaking amazing runs...
first & foremost...he follows his blocks well (as you said, great vision). that's the truest sign of a good/great running back.
second - he can make the moves after he breaks away...mad quickness.

Eventually, yes. But the kid is only 17 years old, so he still has a while before he can even take that test.
