Up until this morning we were listed as low for the potencial 5-star linemen. Now we're high and in his top 4.
Klein offensive lineman J.B. Shugarts was on the floor at G. Rollie White Coliseum watching Texas A&M football players participate in the program's Night of Champions Wednesday.

The atmosphere and the camaraderie among the players was enough to make the 6-foot-7, 300-pound Shugarts want to be part of the action.
"I was having so much fun," Shugarts said. "Everyone was getting excited and getting crunk. They broke almost every single record tonight. I was going insane. I was ready to get in there. I was so pumped up I was ready to play a football game."
The Night of Champions made Shugarts want to see a lot more of A&M.
"To see the players get fired up reminded me how I got fired up with my team at my school," Shugarts said. "I want to go up there in the spring and see as much as I can and then see as many home games as I can."
Although Shugarts was on the A&M campus for the Night of Champions, it also turned out to be a golden opportunity for the A&M coaching staff to sell Shugarts on the A&M program and its facilities, some of which Shugarts had not seen before.
"We went to coach Franchione's office afterwards," Shugarts said. "They showed me the new indoor facility. That was great.
"But the thing I liked most was the new dorms. I was blown away. It was the nicest ones I had ever seen, just top of the line. Nothing could even touch that."
Shugarts also had a chance to catch up with some familiar faces.
"We were in oach Franchione's office for about an hour," he said. "We hung out with coach Helduser while talking football and recruiting. We had a great time."
Shugarts also hung out with some Aggie players.
"I was talking to everyone like Kirk Elder (guard) and the center (Cody Wallace). He squatted 740 pounds," Shugarts said. "I hung out with Martellus Bennett a lot."
Shugarts was also able to see some of the top prospects from the Houston area in the class of 2008.
"Leroy Chevalier (2008 commit from Houston Yates) was there. We're a lot alike in that we're both enthusiastic. He was getting excited like I was," Shugarts said. "I talked to Russell Shepard (2009 quarterback prospect from Cy Ridge) a lot. I hung out with Sam McGuffie. My best friend Randy (Bullock) came up with me. He's the No. 1 kicker in 2008."
Having been blown away last night by A&M, Shugarts was asked where else he might be headed for unofficial visits.
"I really don't know," he said. "I'm going to LSU, but I'm not sure what I'll do after LSU. I've seen all of them. I'll look at Oklahoma and Florida one more time. I might go up to Ohio State."
Shugarts had previously listed a top four of Oklahoma, Ohio State, Michigan and Florida, but that has all changed now.
"Right now A&M is definitely one of my top four schools," he said. "All of them are tied. On the Rivals ratings, Oklahoma, Florida, Ohio State and A&M would be high. The rest are like medium – LSU, Michigan. The top four are the most solid and those are the schools where I have the most interest."
Shugarts' father Bret said in a pervious interview that his son would commit by Aug. 1, but the younger Shugarts said that it could definitely be earlier than that.
