Ouch. Sounds just about as painful as Wisconsin's Brian Butch's injury over the weekend. He dislocated and fractured his elbow at the same time.

No not this one but I had a similar ACL injury kinda like that. I jumped up and caught a pass and as I was coming down my right leg came down first only to take a blow to the knee by a football helmet from a player while getting hit from another player up high on my left side. The pain hurt so bad I puked.
