He's listed here (http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/features/combine/positions/ilb.html) as 6 ft 2 and 5/8 in at 245 lbs. On his profile he shows a 40 of 4.95.... that's pretty slow.

I had read that he ran a 4.7 but I don't that for a fact.

I don't know about his knee, but it looks like his shoulder screwed him up. He only did 12 reps of 225.

I'm almost 30 and have had 3 knee surgeries and I can still run a 4.6. Back when I played football and from about 16 to 24 years old I could still run in the 4.4/4.5 range, so he just must be slow.

He should do yoga. He seems to tightly made.
