Where do the titles on here come from? I'm Team Captain...is that good or bad? Why is Pum an asst coach(not that i'm saying he shouldnt be)?

i've get plenty rep points...but my green bars or number never change??

It means that if you had 1200 rep points, you would have 9 green bars.

i think the number is like if i were to rep you you would only get 2 "points" if miles did it would be 7 and the bars are an indicator as to how many points you have yourself:crazy:

I have 9 bars which means I have over 1200 rep points. But the amount of rep points you get from me is based on how many posts I have. Therefore, getting rep from me would give you more rep points than getting rep from Curly or Oreo.

we understand that the more bars you have the more reps you give out--- just askin bout the difference in the number to the left of the bars bein different than the actual # of bars

Every 365 days, every 1000 posts -- your reputation feedback power doubles (makes older users have a bigger impact on feedback).
You can only give 10 user reputation points over a 24 hour period.
You must give user reputation to at least 3 other people before you hit the same person again.

ok.

the top part is for your Reputation Rating. that is the number of green bars. for each certain number of reputation points you receive from others, there is a corresponding number of green bars to the total you have.

the bottom part is for your Reputation Feedback Power. that is the number next your green bars under your name. that number is how many reputation points it gives to someone each time you "rep them". that number increases by 1 each 1,000 posts you have and also increases by 1 for every 365 days you have been a member here.

that's why the two things might be different.

No, you & I both can give out rep 10 times during a 24 hour period. Its just that your 10 times will be worth 20 rep points & my 10 times will be worth 100 rep points.
