They might be sorta fake caving in, as a way of getting free advertising and then they bring it back. I know that's what i would do

They said it's against the law to discriminate and "pick" who your neighbor is. Based on that, they say it's illegal.

Although, ABC may be able to argue that the families not getting the house aren't being discriminated against -- they just don't have the means to purchase that house.

I know a judge in BCS and he said it's one of those cases where the jury is the most important part to this.

The house is being given away, not sold. It's not like two people who are offering the same price for a house are discriminated against.
