I got a letter once from the FCC(?)...I don't remember the initials but I got a letter once that said if I was ever caught again, they'd sue me. So first time is just a warning. Interestingly enough, they don't much care if you dl it, they care if you share those files, so all you have to do is shut down the sharing part of your favorite downloader so that others can't get it from you because that's how the bust you. In the letter it said exactly what song it was that I had shared. Haven't had a problem since though...
