They have a pretty accurate analysis of the Ags this year (although I don't agree with the line, we didn't play many good passing teams last year). Also, I don't see how they think we can start 8-0 but finish 4th in the Big 12 South.

I do like this quote about Baylor though...kind of funny.
Baylor is never going to have the talent to win the Big XII South
Instead of saying, they don't have the talent to win this year, he said they're never going to win the Big XII South. Ouch.

If we finish with last years record the pots will start banging. I think, although I have serious doubts we can, that Fran HAS to win in Lubbock. We hired him and pay him 2 million a year because he is supposed to win games like that. No excuses. Tech is an also-ran with a gimmick offense and it is time that we put them behind is and end even the consideration of having any future pre-season predictions by media outlets where they finish ahead of us. We will never reach the success that we hired Fran and pay him to achieve as long as we can't beat them in Lubbock. It is time.

I agree. This is a statement year for A&M and determines where we go from here. A banner year and we'll be set for a few years, if we stumble, we'll not only be losing Reggie soon, but recruits will look other places before considering us.

With that being said, I think it's time we get that Tceh monkey off our back.

How can they say we didn't play tough teams last year. Weren't we ranked as having the toughest schedule? Yeah i'm pretty sure we were. But I have this gut feeling this is the big year we've been waiting for. Everybody seems to think 06 is the year, but I think we finally put it all together this year, beat tech in lubbock, maybe (this is with the maroon goggles on)beat ou in norman(if not beat them lose by a few points), but then whoop the every living fighting texas aggie hell outta tu on T+1. I hope the BIG 12 had fun getting their licks in while they could, b/c the new era has arrived.
